International Car Shipping

Anything we can ship domestically, we can also ship internationally. At ShipYourCarNow we can help you ship a car overseas as quickly as possible. International auto shipping is, of course, a more complex issue than sending a car across the state, but we can provide the reliable and affordable service you need to safely see your car to its destination.

Booking an Order:

• To book an order for international car transport, not including Hawaii and Alaska, you must have your original title, registration, and/or bill of sale, a signed power of attorney which we will provide for you, a copy of your driver's license, and contact information for the person receiving the vehicle. (Hawaii and Alaska just need contact information at pickup and/or delivery.)
• You should give yourself at least 2-3 weeks before you would like the vehicle initially picked up to book the order.
• If the vehicle cannot be brought to the port by the customer then the cost of the ground transportation must be added to the total cost of the shipping.
• The vehicle must be operable. If it's not operable then it must be placed into a container at an additional cost.
• lf the vehicle is not a standard automobile, sedan, SUV or coupe, please have the dimensions ready for our representative (length, width, height, and weight).
• The payment can be made online through an invoice through PayPal, where you can use any major credit or debit card, or your PayPal account if you have one.
• A deposit is required at the time of registration and payment for the remaining balance can be arranged in a variety of methods. Ask your representative for further information on international vehicle shipping.

Preparing Your Vehicle For International Auto Transport:

• Your vehicle can only be filled with a quarter tank of gas, that way it meets hazardous materials requirements.
• You are not permitted to put anything inside the vehicle. No exceptions.
• You must have a contact meet the driver for pickup where they will go over the inspection of the vehicle to check for any possible dents, scratches or marks that may be on the vehicle. The same inspection will be done upon delivery.
• Repair any chips or cracks in your window.
• The vehicle must be in operable condition.

Following Your Vehicle In Transit:

• You can always check on the location of your vehicle by contacting our dispatch department or international department at 888-532-8805.
• We will do our best to provide the customer with accurate pickup, transport, and drop-off times, but please understand there are many variables that can change the schedule of a transport.

Receiving Your Vehicle At The Port Of Delivery:

• Whoever is going to be there to receive the vehicle must provide proper identification or passport to obtain possession.
• The consignee, or person the vehicle is being released to, will go over a final inspection to make sure the vehicle was not damaged during transit.
• When traveling internationally neither ShipYourCarNow, nor its affiliates, is responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply.
